I am currently in Georgia, this picture was taken by our waitress at the Hard Rock Cafe in Kona on Christmas Day. Shannon drove me to the airport with some time to hang out before I began my extremely long journey to visit family in Georgia. I guess Hawaii tourism does not close for the holidays. We got mail!

Happy Holidays everyone! It was once again a sunny day in Volcano. We had a wonderful time with new and old friends. Breakfasts, dinners, presents, beach strolls, dog walks...Family from the mainland sent fun packages for us and Dolphin. Rowan eagerly opens one in the car at the P.O. parking lot and Dolphin looks on. Bill plays Santa with his modern hat.

Big job!

The 5 day sanding job is complete! The varnish will be put on Thursday. Kimberly makes the job easier by serving lattes early in the morning. The next job at this house will be the floor. Carpet will be removed because they're mildew magnets, a common issue in Volcano. And guess who will be installing the floors? Yes, us!
